Policies 

1. Marée   Shipping, Returns & Exchanges Policy

   Delivery

   * Orders are delivered up to 3 times. If all attempts fail, the order is cancelled.
   * First-time COD orders are confirmed via WhatsApp. No reply within 24 hours = automatic cancellation.
   * First-time COD orders above 4000 EGP require full payment via InstaPay before shipping.

   Order Changes & Cancellations

   * Orders cannot be modified after confirmation. Changes require cancelling and placing a new order.
   * Customers with frequent cancellations may be required to prepay for future orders.
   * For orders requiring a deposit, the deposit is non-refundable if the customer cancels the order.

   Returns & Exchanges

   * Orders cannot be opened or checked with the courier.
   * Bedsheets can be returned or exchanged even without a defect. Shipping fees + 25 EGP re-ironing/repackaging 
   * Coverlets and duvets are non-returnable/non-exchangeable unless there is a manufacturing
   * Requests must be made within 3 days of delivery. A 25 EGP handling fee + shipping fees apply.

   Important

   * Custom & special sizes are non-exchangeable.
   * Any additional customized items must be paid in full when the order is confirmed.
   * Baby bedding is non-exchangeable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
   * Eligible refunds are processed within 15 working days after approval via InstaPay only. No cash refunds.
